The happy couple are flying 50 friends and family to Italy tomorrow and have hired the yacht, worth �40million ($80m), to take their friends on the night of their lives following the couple's intimate wedding ceremony.
A source reveals, "The main ceremony will be low-key and very intimate, so they wanted a really spectacular reception and afterparty. The yacht is the perfect party venue and really luxurious.
"It comes with a jacuzzi, honeymoon suite, chess room and helicopter pad.
"The bathrooms are all marble with gold plated taps. It really is special.
"The yacht even boasts a baby grand piano which Wayne has joked he'll use to serenade his bride!
"At midnight, �50,000 ($100k) of fireworks will be released and guests will toast the newlyweds with pink champagne.
"It's going to be a fantastic evening - and the plan is for it to continue long into the next day."
The couple, who have been engaged for four-and-a-half years, are expected to exchange vows in a Catholic civil ceremony earlier this week.
The main do will be at the Castello Brown, near the picturesque village of Portofino, a favorite of celebrities, reports Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper.
After a brief champagne toast in the grounds of a 700-year-old former abbey, guests will be transported to the yacht.
Here, they will be served a four course feast before the entertainment begins.
It has been rumored that Irish boyband Westlife will be performing -- although the Manchester United star is said to have favored a hip-hop artist. The couple is expected to jet off to their secret honeymoon destination on Saturday.
